Well, we have a very rough week coming up next week
But we have to cancel all installs and put our heads down to get all servicing works done. We are so sorry to do this. But, we just have too many niggly things that need to be sorted. Thankfully, we only have two systems not working properly. And from nearly 5000 customers on our books since covid, that's a very positive thing. However, this has to be done, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are currently doing all we can to make sure that everyone is looked

The battery rebate is reducing May 1st. What will actually happen?
Well, first things first, hello to everyone, and we hope you're all doing well as usual. Yes, we have a change to the battery rebate coming, and yes, it has made things even crazier and even busier than they were. Seriously, we've never seen a start to the year like this in our 16 or so years as a team! It's so crazy right now that many companies are advertising for installers, not customers. Yes. You read that right. And companies that bring in new business can't find anyone

Happy New Year everyone!
We hope everyone had a safe and happy break over the Christmas and New Year period and want to take a minute to thank all of our new and existing customers from the last year! In all honesty, with the battery rebate, it was probably the craziest year we've had as a team. Or at least as crazy as the early 2010s, when the solar feed-in tariffs were being rolled back. We're currently so busy that we actually can't take on any new business right now due to the workload from our e

Sigenergy recall. Please don't worry about us; we didn't sell them!
And we did warn many people about new products when this battery rebate exploded. And, unfortunately, a lot of our industry is made up of either sales companies with no technical expertise or experience. And/or tradesmen with no understanding of manufacturing, sales, and marketing and, to put it nicely, business acumen. Sigenergy had amazing marketing and due to their Victorian market share, had the second largest installation volume in the country. However, in our experience

Hail storms!
Usually, unless it's extreme, and we mean extreme, hail, you're absolutely fine. This author has personally seen systems after category 5 cyclones still on the roof, which had blown off onto the ground! That's how strong they are. But, even still, they can and do break. Unfortunately, this afternoon we had customers hit by 7 cm-plus-sized hail, which literally put holes in the panels, and, even scarier, the roof! This is obviously an insurance claim, as you can't get a warran

Lest we forget.
Special mention goes out to our office manager Kelly, who served for many years before joining our team. And our wonderful customer turned great mate, Matty Austin , for your service to our country. To all our customers and their families who have served, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your sacrifice

Well, it's been a hot minute!
So sorry we haven't had any updates for a while; we've been so, so busy with solar and now, batteries. To be honest, it's probably the busiest the industry has ever been. And that's made life very interesting indeed. Firstly, we have to say that the battery transition hasn't been an easy one. Previously, we were a busy battery company. And we installed one maybe every two to three months. They weren't common, and most installers were not battery accredited, as they didn't nee
