We've become a well-oiled machine these days, and to be honest, it's an extremely rare occasion for us to even have a small bump in the road. During my wholesaler days, I saw into the operations of at least half the industry, and I've never seen a team like us at the moment.
We're not perfect, and we make mistakes, however, we are incredibly blessed to have so many people who appreciate what we do. Seriously, it's emotional to say, but we really love our customers.
