Referrals!

Our lifeblood. Our accountant tells us we spend way too much time and effort on anyone with a problem. To be fair, we do take this too far sometimes, however, we also get rewarded by some customers. It's the reason why our trade-based accountant has never seen anything like our referral figures!

Here's Leah Kinch, one of Inger's customers. A wonderful nurse from a wonderful family based in Morningside, receiving her vouchers for not 1, or even 2, but 3 people she has recommended to go with us.

People like this make all the crazy parts of this industry worthwhile. Seriously, this is our reason for getting up every day!
