We hope everyone's had a great break and has finally been able to get themselves together for the back-to-work weeks of 2025!
We stopped installing over Christmas but were here the entire time to help when needed. The break was amazing and very relaxing, but we just had to share a story that happened in the middle of it.
A wonderful customer of ours, Dennis came to us with a crazy story we just had to tell. He had gone from having zero bills for several years to getting a $16,000 plus bill out of nowhere!
We immediately went to work making sure it wasn't a fault with his solar and quickly found that it was nothing more than a clerical error on his retailer's behalf. Now, all is well. The retailers acknowledged this and changed the bill, but still tried to blame the solar and charge him 1800 instead! Yes, we are serious. Like what the actual...
The above goes to show the difference between companies like ours and why we have won Rotary awards for our service to the community. We actually care. And, furthermore, we will be here if you need us in the future. Think of it as having insurance for your solar and your power bills. We have seen it all before and can assist with any of these types of situations.
We will never, under any circumstances, stand for this happening to our customers. And we know how to put up one hell of a fight in these circumstances.
