But we have to cancel all installs and put our heads down to get all servicing works done.
We are so sorry to do this. But, we just have too many niggly things that need to be sorted. Thankfully, we only have two systems not working properly. And from nearly 5000 customers on our books since covid, that's a very positive thing. However, this has to be done, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
We are currently doing all we can to make sure that everyone is looked after, and we apologize if something like an app not working properly or a bill query hasn't been sorted. It's just been such a crazy time, and we literally can't take any more work on. Our referrals alone are now more than we can handle.
Yes, we could put on more staff, but that's not easy, and, as a business, we have never had a staff change yet! Partly what makes us a great business is that we have all been together for so long and have no new faces. We actually have never seen another company like that.
So, once again, we have to do this for our existing customers. And things like this also show why businesses need to actually make money to be able to look after people down the track. Even 6 years on, people still can need assistance for the first time!
