Hail storms!

Usually, unless it's extreme, and we mean extreme, hail, you're absolutely fine. This author has personally seen systems after category 5 cyclones still on the roof, which had blown off onto the ground! That's how strong they are. But, even still, they can and do break.

Unfortunately, this afternoon we had customers hit by 7 cm-plus-sized hail, which literally put holes in the panels, and, even scarier, the roof!

This is obviously an insurance claim, as you can't get a warranty for something like that. But please let us know if we can help with anything in the meantime. Even if it's just for some helpful advice, which goes a long way in these types of situations.
