Doing a 4 story, nearly impossible to access, body corporate communal area roof!
Yep, these are the jobs that normal companies don't do. This one had many quotes sent out, all had a hidden $2000 plus "extra" charge. Only Inger, a commercial assessor with 10 years in the industry, and 3 systems of her own no less could solve the riddle of how to get this one done.
